The personalized coaching sessions is a program designed to guide you on the path of your physical, mental and emotional transformation. You will learn how to nourish your body, thoughts and emotions to achieve not only the ideal weight, but also optimal health with a well strengthened immune system.
75 minutes once a week, where we will work on the following:

In the first Session we will take a medical and personal history, identify your relationship with food and lifestyle, as well as set goals and objectives in your weight and health and identify the emotions or barriers that prevent you from achieving them.
In the following 3 sessions we will follow up on the proposed changes, create new health habits, establish the basis for conscious eating through nutritional education. I will share with you recipes, videos, educational material, articles of interest, among others. We will have time to talk about you, your goals and dreams?
