What does is mean to be on a diet?
In many situations, people go on a diet that causes them an increase in anxiety, frustration, and negative thoughts. Many believe “I will take out desserts in my diet”, “I will only eat salad and tasteless food”, “I won’t be able to go out to dinner or parties.” Do these thoughts sound familiar? At one point or another we have all been victims of this toxic diet culture. This happens because there is a big difference between being on a diet and leading a healthy lifestyle. The word diet has many negative connotations and is associated with feelings of guilt, frustration, and stress. All this comes because of the typically restrictive and rigorous diets that eliminate many food groups, are very low in calories and DO NOT adapt to what you like to eat.
How are you going to achieve your ideal weight?
By registering for my Transformation challenge, this is a program designed to help you lose weight and teach you about living a healthy lifestyle. You will learn to eat healthy for the rest of your life in order to avoid those rigorous diets that often lead to regaining the weight since those diets are not sustainable long term. In this challenge, you will reduce blood glucose levels, burn fat, reduce sizes, have more energy, and achieve your ideal weight at your age. You will continue to eat your favorite food, making small changes, to transform it into a healthy meal that will lead you to achieve your goal weight and health. This Transformation challenge consists of group sessions where we focus on the quality of what we eat more than the quantity. We enjoy the food and it is very easy to follow at parties, dinners, on vacation, etc. In conclusion, you will learn to combine foods and learn the portions that correspond to you with a personalized eating plan according to your height, age, weight, sex, daily activity, food preference, and level of exercise. All of this is taken into account to FINALLY ACHIEVE YOUR IDEAL WEIGHT and maintain it for the rest of your life!
